Omaha, Nebraska started in 1854 as a trading post and a major midway point between the East and West coasts. Since then, it has become one of the more prominent cities in the nation and in 2011, Omaha topped Forbe's list of America's Most Affordable Cities.

The metropolis as of 2010 held a population of nearly 870,000 and is home to five fortune 500 companies, the College World Series, Billionaire Warren Buffett and many other famous people plus countless historic museums and landmarks.
